What Problems Does Your Network Marketing Business Solve?

You want to get more yes-decisions from prospects for your Network Marketing business. To do that, you have to know what problems your Network Marketing business solve for the prospect.

No one, except maybe your mom, is going to buy from you or join you unless they believe that you can help them solve a problem.

They don’t care that the founder of your company is a family man and has three different families to prove it.

It also doesn’t matter to them if the formula for your product has been passed down through generations of wizards in a secret society formed in the time of Merlin and just now made available through a rogue wizard that sold out the secret to your company.

Further, it’s irrelevant to them if your compensation plan pays out an extra bonus percentage for each eligible Diamond Galactic Starship Commander in your strong leg for months with an “R” in the name.

What’s in it for them?

What they do care about is whether you can solve a problem. If they believe you can, they will buy or join. And they’ll join whether you’re brand new or you’ve been at it for years and are making the big bucks.

So if that’s true, and it is, wouldn’t it make sense for you to have a firm grasp on the problems your business and your products can solve?

Before you give your next presentation or approach your next prospect, take a few minutes and write down some of the problems your product can solve for that person. We call these benefits.

Here are a few ideas to get you started:

If you sell skin care:

  • Makes your skin look 15 years younger again but without the acne.
  • Fights the dryness from washing your hands 10 times per day.
  • Makes your face look so good you won’t want to wear makeup.

If you sell weight loss:

  • Fantastic shake that makes your taste buds happy and your waistline smaller.
  • Melt off fat while binge-watching Netflix.
  • The missing link between diet and exercise.

Your business opportunity:

  • How to shrink your debts and grow your bank account.
  • Work two days a week but get paid for five.
  • There are better options than working 40 years at hard labor just to retire on 60% of what isn’t enough now.

The idea is to paint a word picture for your prospect of what your product or opportunity will do for her. So take some time and jot down a few benefits you can share with your prospect about the great things your Network Marketing business and products will do for them.

Build a foundation.

If you take a few moments to build rapport and then talk about benefits of your offer, your prospect will be much more inclined to hear more of what you have to say with an open mind.

A prospect that trusts you because you have rapport and is listening with an open mind because they think you might be able to solve a problem for them is dramatically more likely to give you a yes-decision than if you didn’t take those steps first.
